BOOKING CONDITIONS

Full payment must be made at time of booking. We do not accept provisional bookings and places will only be confirmed once payment is received. Bookings will only be accepted on valid forms with signed/agreed student declaration.

Cancellations of confirmed places are accepted up to 21 working days prior to the start of the course. An administration fee of £30.00 including VAT will be charged plus the full cost of study materials supplied will be deducted and the remainder of the course fee returned to the payee.

Transfers of a confirmed booking either to another course or applicant can be made up to 21 working days before the course start date on payment of an admin fee of £30.00 including VAT, plus the cost of any additional study materials which may be applicable.

If a confirmed course booking is cancelled, for whatever reason, during the 21 working days prior to the start of the course, or at any time after the start of the course, no refund or transfer of the course fees can be made.

Examination dates are fixed to the course onto which you book and any transfer to an alternative date will incur an administration fee of £25.00.  All transfer requests must be made in writing or by email at least 7 working days before the original examination date. Transfer requests made within 7 working days of the examination date will incur additional charges.

Course fees will be refunded in full if the Devon Wine School changes a date or cancels the course if enrolments do not reach the required minimum number of 6 students - notification will be made in the 10 working days prior to the start of the course.
